SHIPPING & RETURNS

- Orders of 1 - 20 pillow covers ship between 1 and 5 business days
- Orders of more than 20 pillow covers ship within 2 weeks, depending on size of order

The shipping windows above are our best estimate given a variety of continuously changing factors. We will try our best to ship within estimates provided, but there may be additional delays. Orders ship free to the U.S. via Ground or First Class delivery.

*Inserts are shipping 14-21 days from the day they are ordered.

RETURNS: 
We accept returns if notified within 7 days of delivery. Item(s) should be sent back to us within 14 days of delivery. Requests after this point will be not be accepted.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for the following:

• Damaged, Worn or Used items. 
• Damaged mudcloth or vintage pillow covers if used outside of decorative purposes.

Shipping Fees:
We will ship USPS First Class or UPS Ground unless otherwise requested!

- Customers are responsible for return postage.

We inspect all returned items for signs of wear and damage. If returned items are used or damaged, we may reduce refund amount as appropriate. We strongly suggest decorative use only for our pillow covers.

There may be small variations in finished pillow cover size since they are handmade. Any variance should have no visible impact on look and feel of pillow once an insert is in the cover.

DEFINE "IMPERFECTIONS." 
WHAT TO EXPECT WITH MUDCLOTH & VINTAGE TEXTILES
Mudcloth and Vintage/Indigo textiles are made almost entirely by hand. Imperfections that should be expected include:
-Discolorations
-Pattern variations / asymmetric pattern and seam placement
-Design and paint smudges
-Textile nubs and pulls at seams where panels are sewn together

It is widely accepted that these unique attributes are not defects. We adhere to extremely high standards in our production process, but it is important to stress that these textiles are inherently imperfect. (which makes them undeniably beautiful!)

Each textile is one of a kind. Shade and depth of color will vary from one textile to the next. Natural Mudcloth is made from an unbleached cotton is more of a cream/ecru. (not white or off-white)

COLOR DISCLAIMER
Every computer monitor has a different capability to display colors, so actual colors may vary. We try to edit our photos to be as accurate as possible, but we cannot guarantee that the color you see accurately portrays the true color of the product.

PILLOW COVER SIZING GUIDE

When available, all of our drop down menu options list pillow cover sizes. We suggest using a pillow insert 1 or 2 inches larger than pillow cover for a stuffed look. (ie 20x20 insert for a 18x18 cover) There may be small variations in finished pillow cover size since they are handmade. Any variance should have no visible impact on look and feel of pillow once an insert is in the cover
